Return & Refund Policy
At inSPAration, we want you to love every soak, scent, and moment of relaxation. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@insparation.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for the return (optional, but helpful!)
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number (RA#). Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please email us at info@insparation.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging if possible — we'll replace it or issue a full refund right away.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original product and place a new order through inSPAration.shop.
